STUDENT LED CONFERENCE

Student Led Conferences is another venue for the students to share their learning with their parents. They had a choice of which activities or areas of learning they wanted to share and organized their time to make sure that they spent an ample amount of time explaining their learning,

This day allows all students to lead a conversation with their parents about their learning. In our class, the students chose the materials they want to use and the subjects they want to focus on. The 45 minute period is usually not enough time to explain their learning , but it is time well spent together as it is casual and student centered and the parents enjoy that one on one interaction with their children .
