Today we explored the concepts of area and perimeter using cm cubes. The students were given a specific area and perimeter measurement.Their their task is to create shapes that would equal to those measurements. We discovered that creating shapes with specific areas was easy. Creating shapes for a specific perimeter was the challenging one.
