International Day has come and gone but we all still remember the fun and learning that happened in our class that day. Our class had a games rotation where common games from several countries were taught by moms from the class. The Japanese parents taught us Kendama, which is shooting the ball in a carved surface and Otedama is where you juggle a cloth with beans inside it.
The Korean moms taught us Jegi which is kicking a "ball" made of celophane and coins wrapped in rubber band.
The kids look great in the traditional robes! Looks like it was a fun day.
